Personally I like sunglasses the best. It allows me to not be ok without others questioning why I’m not ok.

Some of my comfort items include super soft blankets (on blankets on blankets) my favorite fidget item: a pen. It allows me to doodle to calm myself and I can make repetitive sounds with it.
